A case interview is an opportunity to analyze a scenario given to you by an interviewer. This is an interactive process in which the interviewer will provide a detailed situation, or scenario, and ask you to come up with a solution.

With industry becoming more interested in how you think and master new situations, general interview questions are quickly becoming outdated. Case interviewing is about presenting the candidate with a problem situation which they need to process in front of the interviewer. Typically consisting of a single session, this type of interview usually involves a candidate being presented with an authentic business scenario. The candidate must then perform an analysis and render advice on how to proceed. This session is about providing participants with information and a process to assist them through this type of candidate interviewing. The workshop is meant to both introduce you to the concept and to help provide a foundation to continue preparing for this type of situation. P.S. We’re serving hot cocoa and cookies!
