Joseph Campos

As director, Joseph Campos leads the Reynolds Center for Graduate Life & Learning, overseeing daily operations, professional development programs, employer partnerships, and community‑building initiatives that support UNC Charlotte’s graduate students. He brings more than twenty years of experience in higher education leadership, enrollment strategy, international recruitment, and workforce development. 

Before joining CGLL, Campos served as Assistant Director of Recruitment for the UNC Charlotte Graduate School, where he focused on international enrollment, cultivated and stewarded global pipelines, and strengthened outreach to students and educators. His career also includes directing admissions operations, managing corporate education partnerships, and stewarding degree‑agreement and articulation collaborations that expand academic and workforce pathways. Campos holds an MBA in Management and a BS in Hospitality Sales & Meeting Management from Johnson & Wales University.
