What is the 2026 MBSP Cohort?
The ’26 MBSP Cohort is an 8-week program that teaches how to enhance well-being, improve relationships, and manage life’s challenges.
The sessions involve small and large group discussions, a variety of meditations and experiential activities, strengths practices, lecture/input, and homework exercises that are fun and easy to incorporate into your everyday life.
During MBSP, you will grow in your understanding of who you are and how you bring your best qualities forward in your work, relationships, and daily life. This program will help you shift from a general unawareness of your mind’s patterns to a greater “awakeness” to yourself, others, and the world around you.
