Amy Kazmierczak, Chief People Officer
Amy Kazmierczak joined Cardinal Innovations as the Chief People Officer in 2019. Prior to that she spent 25 years in various HR leadership roles in financial services, technology and manufacturing organizations, and even spent 2 years as an Expat in the UK. She is a member of the Habitat for Humanity board and Go Red for Women executive Committee. Amy is a native of Ohio, has been in Charlotte for 24 years, is married and has a son at The Ohio State University, a daughter at The University of Georgia, and a Frenchie named Stella.
Jamie Martin, Manager of Talent Acquisition
Jamie Martin is Manager of Talent Acquisition at Cardinal Innovations Healthcare. During her six years with Cardinal, she has had the opportunity to discover and onboard many of its most talented professionals growing from approximately 350 employees to 896. Through her seven-year career, Jamie has held various positions in Human Resources and found her calling in talent acquisition. Finding the perfect match for the company’s needs is what keeps her energized! Jamie, husband Blake, and their dog Otto live in Stanly County. When Jamie is not discovering the best talent for Cardinal, you can find her at the beach, kayaking or hosting friends and family.
Angela Genaro-Ruilova, Director of Talent Management
Angela Genaro-Ruilova is the Director of Talent Management and has been with Cardinal Innovations for 4 years. She has over 20 years of HR experience and expertise in maximizing performance by developing and deploying talent. As an effective strategist and tactical planner, she works to evolve corporate culture by integrating change methodologies and by enabling people to adapt and, engage in continuous learning. She lives in Huntersville with her husband and two young kids and these days they are tossing water balloons and catching fireflies.
