The Graduate Life Ambassador (GLA) program at the Center for Graduate Life and Learning (CGLL) has been reimagined for 2025–2026 — offering graduate students more ways to engage, lead, and be recognized.

GLAs are passionate, proactive graduate students who volunteer with CGLL to help shape the graduate student experience at UNC Charlotte. From planning and promoting events to creating content and providing valuable feedback, GLAs serve as the bridge between CGLL and the graduate community.

How It Works

The GLA program runs on a points-based milestone system.
Earn points by:

  • Attending CGLL events and monthly meetings
  • Sharing CGLL content on social media
  • Volunteering at events
  • Participating in photo or video shoots

Points add up to rewards — from CGLL caps and mugs to Bluetooth speakers, 49ers steel mugs, and LinkedIn endorsements for top performers.
