Facilitated by Dr. Lynn Harris, Counseling and Psychological Services
Juggling multiple roles in grad school, at work, and in life can be hard. Some people seem to navigate identity-switching with ease, while many of us find it challenging to bounce from one role to the next. Is there a way to manage multiple roles, achieve balance, and be productive?
This workshop + discussion will address managing life successfully by building balance–in graduate school and beyond.
You’ll have a chance to hear ideas from other students (and share your own) about how to deal successfully with challenges and increase your satisfaction as a graduate student.
Coffee and tea provided. Feel free to bring your own lunch.
