Jennifer Hull, Ally, Early Talent Recruiting Manager

Jennifer Hull has over 10 years of experience in the university relations space. Currently, Jennifer is the Early Talent Recruiting Manager for Ally. In this role, she oversees the recruitment for all internships and Early Talent roles. Previously, she was at Electrolux where she oversaw the end-to-end internship program and oversaw the internship program at Queens University of Charlotte. Her passion is helping students find that first internship or job and helping them jumpstart their careers. She is a native Texan who happily calls Charlotte home.

Holly Milanese, JELD-WEN, Corporate Onboarding & Early Career Programs Lead

Holly Milanese serves as the Manager, Corporate Onboarding Programs and University Relations at JELD-WEN, a leading global manufacturing company headquartered in the Charlotte. In her role, she oversees the Early Career Programs, which includes a 10-Week Summer Internship Program and a 24-Month Early Career Rotational Program. Holly graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UNC Charlotte. While at UNC Charlotte, she was involved in research and dedicated time to her minors – Sociology, Women’s Studies, and Gerontology. Now she serves as the President of the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences Alumni Council at UNC Charlotte. Holly holds a Master of Science in Organization Development and an Executive Coaching Certificate. She is passionate about helping others grow to their fullest potential, including supporting working mothers and recent college graduates.

John Frye, JELD-WEN

John Frye is from Charlotte, NC and attended Appalachian State University in 2011. He graduated with a Marketing degree and worked in the Sales/Logistics field for a few years. In 2018, John decided to make a career change and go back to school. He was fortunate to join UNCC’s Cybersecurity program in 2018. Currently, he works at JELD-WEN in a two-year IT Rotational Program. His first assignment revolves around SAP GRC controls and JET2.0 enterprise transformation.
