Join us for the fourth and final session of CGL’s Wellness Wednesday series. With the spring semester nearing the end, we all need that extra push of focus and energy to finish strong. Drinking lots of coffee to help you stay up and finish that paper or study for that big exam? We have a better idea!
Join us for this interactive session where we will discuss healthy ways to cope with fatigue and stay focused on tasks at hand. During this session, you will learn helpful tools that will prepare you for the end of the semester workload and finals week, so you can stay on task, not get overwhelmed, and keep your mental and physical health a priority!
