New Graduate Student Virtual Orientation- Spring 2023

Do you have questions about transitioning to grad school, managing your reading load, balancing school and family, finding your way around campus, or anything else? This convenient virtual orientation will include breakout sessions so that everyone can get the information they need as efficiently as possible. After a welcome message from the Graduate School Deans, you’ll also be able to learn more about services offered by the Center for Graduate Life and Learning as well as join a Q&A panel with continuing graduate students.
Breakout rooms (tentatively) include:

Grad School Funding- with Dr. Julie Goodliffe, Director of Funding and Fellowships

Student Organizations and Extracurricular Involvement- with Mike Uduebor, former Vice President of the Graduate and Professional Student Government, and Dylan Turner, former President

Academic Questions (including Early Entry)- with Janet Morse, Director of Graduate Academic Services
