Having trouble getting up for your workout? Would you like to move a little but is it never the right time to start? What do you think about having friends with whom you can spend some time outdoors doing some exercise? With the CGLL’s Fitness Fridays, you don't have a good excuse anymore!
We meet on Fridays at 4:00 PM at CGLL – Atkins 149 to do a loop around the campus and we have different pace groups to choose from (walking-jogging-running). Plan to arrive a couple of minutes early for the exact details of the route. You can leave your belonging in our space.
